Latest Brotherhood Podcast - Kon Knueppel!
Is the hype for real? We will know soon.
Caleb Foster, aka C-Fos, is back with episode #34 of the Brotherhood Podcast and today’s guest is Kon Knueppel.
Knueppel, a 6-7 wing from Milwaukee, has generated a huge amount of buzz in the pre-season.
He tells Foster that one of the things that he likes about being at Duke is that he’s at a place where it’s all about the work. He talks also about the importance of moving without the ball and guile.
Former Davidson coach Bob McKillop defines basketball as a game of deception and Knueppel seems to have learned that lesson well.
Cool trivia: Knueppel says he was at the 2015 Final Four but he was, not surprisingly, pulling for the Badgers.
He also says that what he’s been working on the most is his defense, which is a good thing to hear, particularly since Coach Scheyer really requires that to be in the rotation.
A lot of players say that Knueppel is who has impressed them the most but when Knueppel is asked that question he picks Maliq Brown.
It’s another good episode so make sure to check it out.
