TikTok Star Kyle Marisa Roth's Cause of Death Confirmed

Fan favorite TikTok star Kyle Marisa Roth‘s cause of death has been confirmed after her sudden passing four months ago.

The 36-year-old passed away in April of 2024. She was known for discussing celebrity blind items on her TikTok account and had the catch phrase “You want more, I’ll give you more.”

The Maryland Chief Medical Examiner confirmed her death was of “natural” causes, TMZ reports. Specifically, she passed away from “cardiac arrhythmia due to myocardial fibrosis.” Myocardial fibrosis is scarring of the heart and cardiac arrhythmia is an irregular heartbeat. So, this means she died from an irregular heartbeat caused by scarring on her heart muscle.

The toxicology report showed no alcohol. They did find Diphenhydramine, which is an antihistamine also known as Benadryl, and a pain reliever Mitragynine, commonly called kratom.
