Martin Odegaard sparks engagement rumours as Arsenal star’s rarely-seen girlfriend Helene Spilling spotted wearing ring
ARSENAL captain Martin Odegaard’s stunning girlfriend Helene Spilling has been spotted sporting what looks to be an engagement ring.
The couple were seen walking their dog in London.

Odegaard was in jeans, a grey T-shirt and baseball cap alongside his partner in jeans and a black coat.
Helene was wearing a gold band around her ring finger as she covered her face while sporting a cheeky grin – leading to speculation he has proposed.
They went Instagram official last summer after the professional dancer embraced Odegaard on the pitch at the end of the 2022-23 season.
In June, they then shared a number of pictures together including them sunbathing and in the Emirates tunnel.
But Helene has largely stayed out of the limelight since then and rarely features on Odegaard’s social media accounts.
They showed off their new puppy in February in a series of adorable photos of them cosying up on the sofa.
One showed the pair holding the dog as they gave it some attention, with Odegaard and Helene also seen posing alone with the pooch.
Spilling, 27, is two years older than Odegaard, 25, and it is unknown how long they have been dating.

She is a dancer who has featured on “Skal vi Danse” – Norway’s version of Strictly Come Dancing.
She won the competition in 2021.
Odegaard will hope to follow her success with Arsenal building a team capable of breaking Manchester City’s stranglehold on the Premier League.
Mikel Merino is set to join the engine room alongside the skipper, with the Gunners planning to offload players to fund the move.
In April, fans claimed Odegaard is “winning on and off the pitch” after his stunning Wag danced in the stands following Arsenal’s thrashing of Chelsea.
The midfielder was in imperious form as the Gunners demolished their London neighbours 5-0 at the Emirates.
Helene delighted onlookers as she grooved while Shakira’s hit song ‘Waka Waka’ blared from the speakers.
