Man accused of having narcotics following Albany traffic stop
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- State Police arrested a Flushing Queens man on felony drug charges on August 13. Frank Maynard was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic law violation.
Maynard was stopped by State Police on Access Road in Albany just before 2:30 p.m. Troopers say their investigation revealed felony-weight narcotics packaged for sale in the car and they were seized.
Maynard was arrested, processed, and transported to Albany County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
