Welspun One buys 22-acre land in Gurgaon

Welspun One has acquired 22 acres in Gurgaon to develop a ₹125 crore logistics park. This move expands its presence in a key logistics corridor, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and support economic growth. The Gurgaon/NH-08 area, with 64 million square feet of Grade A and B spaces, is a major logistics hub, noted for its high absorption rates. The development will be near existing parks and is projected to create 1,200-1,500 jobs.
