Railways to install AI-enabled CCTV cameras on locomotives, yards

To curb rail accidents, the Railway Board will install AI-equipped CCTV cameras on locomotives and at key yards. Chairperson Jaya Verma Sinha said security will be heightened during the Kumbh Mela, with 900 special trains planned for 2025. The Prayagraj Junction infrastructure will also be expanded.
