I’m a teen mum – older mothers always stare & assume all I do is party while someone else raises my kid, I’m sick of it

A TEEN mum has hit back at other mothers that are older than her and assume all she does is party.

Ceiryn Rose, 19, from Belfast, revealed she had her first baby, a son called Lucas, in March earlier this year.

And while the teen mum has seemingly taken to motherhood well and loves being at home with her baby, she revealed older mums have other ideas.

She found out she was pregnant at the age of 18 and revealed ‘I really didn’t know how much I needed him,’ in a TikTok video.

The young mum has captured her journey of parent hood on social media and built a following of adoring fans online, adding that the unplanned pregnancy was ‘most unexpected but best thing’ to ever happen.

Despite having a huge fan-base online, it seems in real life Ceiryn is constantly judged for having a child before 20.

Taking to social media, Ceiryn hit back at those who judged her without knowing anything about her life.

She said: “When older mums assume because I had my son young that all I want to do is party and get other people to look after him/bring him up.

“When in reality I hate going out, my son has all my attention and is my main priority and me and my boyfriend have never left him alone with anyone and don’t plan on it.”

Later Ceiryn revealed she wasn’t planning to have another child adding: “One is enough for me.”

In another video, Ceiryn reveals many expecting mothers wouldn’t be friendly to her when visiting the doctors.

“Put your hands up if you survived the stares of older women in the waiting room for scans [and] appointments as a young mum,” she captioned the post.

“Some people are so rude lol,” she added in the caption of the post.

Although the pregnancy was unexpected, Ceiryn has revealed she’s happy to be a young mum and not be running after a kid at the age of 35.

Ceiryn penned: “When people say I can’t imagine having a baby at your age.

“But at least I won’t be running after a baby at 35.”

The clip was posted on her TikTok account @ceirynrose2005 where she has over 2,300 followers and over 126,000 likes.

One person wrote: “Best mum in the world.”

Another commented: “You’re the best mummy ever.”

“You’re a natural mum, and so much like me, dinner dates with babba is far better than clubbing,” penned a third.
