Illegal arms supplier from Ludhiana held in VHP leader murder case

An illegal firearms supplier from Ludhiana, Dharminder Kumar alias Kunal, was arrested by the NIA in connection to the murder of VHP leader Vikas Prabhakar. The investigation revealed that Kunal provided arms to the shooters on orders from foreign-based Khalistani terrorist Harwinder. Two shooters and another associate were previously arrested, while a hunt is underway for other fugitives.
