Ville Platte police investigate homicide

VILLE PLATTE, La. (KLFY) - Ville Platte Police are investigating a homicide.

Police tell KLFY News the shooting happened around 10:30am on Monday near Peach and Ardoin Streets. Authorities say a man was killed. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of family members.

No suspects are in custody.
