SFA tell St Johnstone that referee DIDN'T blow whistle before Rangers scored controversial goal in cup clash

The SFA have confirmed to St Johnstone that referee Matthew MacDermid didn't blow his whistle before Cyriel Dessers netted against them on Saturday.
