FORECAST DISCUSSION:

The work week starts off with another taste of fall. Cooler temperatures and lower humidity will make it feel very comfortable. Changes will arrive by the end of the week as summer tires to hang on just a little bit longer.

Any chance for rain will be gone by the afternoon. Skies will continue to clear out more and more through the evening and beyond. Highs will only be in the mid 70s with breezy northerly winds from the north. Dry air and lower humidity will keep things very comfortable.

Tonight keeps those mostly clear skies around lows dropping to the mid 50s. Winds are expected to calm down a little bit, but will still be blowing from the north. A few clouds will build up by the morning.

Thanks to a high pressure center building over the Great Lakes, first half of the work week will see mainly sunny skies. Below average high temperatures are also expected. Some clouds will gradually roll in as the week progresses. A summerlike warm up will return by this upcoming Friday.
