The skincare and makeup brand, which is owned by high street retailer Boots, is popular but quite pricey.

But one eagle eyed customer has cracked the code on how to get a load of its signature products for a marked down price.

They discovered that No 7 has an outlet website which sells discounted items.

Writing in a Facebook post, they said: “All this for £45 from No 7 outlet worth £124.95.

“Search offers then go to build your own skincare routine from £45 select one from each of the three skincare categories add all your extra free gifts that apply to you.”

The shopper picked up a No 7 Hot Cloth cleanser, SPF 40 Day Cream, Comforting Cream Cleaner, 300 Hr Hydration Cream and a Future Renew Damage Cream.

It should have cost £124.95 but instead they managed to nab it all for just £45.

You can find the website by searching No7beauty.co.uk and searching for Outlet on the web page.

Products include gift sets that are discounted after the seasonal period they were originally intended for, or items in older packaging following a re-design.

It is not just skincare that is up for grabs, there are also a number of makeup items for sale as well.

A number of limited edition ‘Moisture Drench’ lipsticks are also currently for sale on the site, marked down from £10.95 to £5.98.

The popular No 7 Stay Perfect Foundation is also on sale for £14.95 down from £16.95, so not a massive saving.

But it is only available in one shade so it would not be the right match for all skin tones.

But this tends to be the nature of outlet pages and stores, with stock and prices fluctuating as they come in.

So it is always worth checking the site regularly to see what comes back into stock .

Shopping for beauty on a bargain

Shopping for makeup and skincare can be expensive but there are ways to make a saving.

Get a loyalty card

High street retailers such as Boots and Superdrug both have loyalty card schemes which help you save when you shop.

How do Boots points work?

JUST how does Boots' Advantage Card scheme work?

All you need to do is sign up to get one of the cards, and you can start earning straight away.

You’ll get three points for every £1 you spend in store, and will also unlock instant savings that you can access through the app.

Build up points and check what they’re worth in-store at the till, online via your account or using the app.

You can then use your points value instead of cash next when shopping at Boots.

You can redeem the points as you go, or save them up for a big purchase.

Boots Advantage Card holders get 10% off Boots products every time they shop.

Card members can calso ollect 3p worth of points for every £1 they spend, which can be used to buy items.

So for example, 1234 points equals £12.34 to spend.

Its free to sign up to this scheme and you can do so online.

Meanwhile, Superdrug also has a member card, which offers users discontinued prices on makeup and healthcare products.

These products change on a regular basis, but you can often get half price on a number or pricey goods

Currently, members can buy an Oral-B Pro3 3500 Pink Electric Toothbrush + Travel Case for £45, whereas non members would have to £99.

You can sign up for a Superdrug Card online or in store.

Luxury makeup brands such as Mac also have loyalty schemes, and offer members 15% off they sign up and free shipping.

Try dupes

When a high end makeup brand launches a popular product you can be sure an affordable brand will make their own version.

Charlotte Tilbury‘s viral Hollywood Filter can set costs upwards of £39, but E.L.F sells an almost identical product called ‘Halo Glow Liquid Filter’ for £12.

An even cheaper version of the product, which claims to give you a natural glow, is by the brand Collection and costs just £7.99.

It always worth reading reviews of these dupe products before you buy.

Also visiting in store as opposed to shopping online the first time you buy a makeup product can be a good idea, to ensure you get the correct shade and like the feel of the product.

Another good way to save on luxury makeup is by looking out for mini-versions of the product or asking for a sample in store.

Shopping around for the best bargain

When hunting for a deal it is important to shop around make sure you are not being over charged.

There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.

Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.

For example, Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.

Price Spy also logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including ArgosAmazoneBay and the supermarkets.

Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
