Nintendo Switch fans can grab four free games that are perfect for playing with friends
THE NINTENDO Switch is known as the family friendly console of choice, and a new promotion has made it even easier for people to play games together.
Nintendo wanted the Switch to be a console people played with friends and family, which is why it’s one of the few consoles that comes with two controllers.

It is further cementing its status as the perfect multiplayer console with a new promotion that gives players free games.
If you are subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online, there are four multiplayer games you can grab for free for a limited time.
All of the games are available to play for one week until Sunday, August 25, 2024.
These are the full games and not just demos, so it’s possible for you to complete a game before the offer expires.
The first game available this week is Tetris Effect: Connected, a popular take on the classic game.
It scored an incredible 94 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic, with many claiming that the extensive multiplayer modes make it the definitive version of the game.
The next game that is available this week is the popular PowerWash Simulator, which does exactly what it says on the tin.
It’s a 84-rated game, and while it has a simple premise, it’s surprisingly gripping and comes with an interesting story.
The structures that you power wash get increasingly larger and more complex, so they can take a long time to get clean.
The next title available for free is Enter the Gungeon, a popular roguelike multiplayer game.
This is an indie hit that earned an impressive 87 rating on Metacritic.
The final game available as part of the campaign is the 83-rated Cassette Beasts.
A game similar to creature catchers like Pokémon, Cassette Beasts is about recording different creatures onto a tape and using them to battle.
One of the biggest bonuses about the multiplayer offer is that all of these games can be played in single-player and multiplayer modes.
This means that you can enjoy all of the games even if you own the single-player console, the Switch Lite.
