Kolkata medic rape-murder: Amid national uproar, CBI gets nod to conduct polygraph test on arrested accused

The Calcutta High Court allowed the CBI to perform a lie detector test on the suspect in the RG Kar Hospital rape and murder case. FAIMA declared continued protests following an unfruitful discussion with the Health Ministry. The protests are in support of the junior doctor killed during a 36-hour duty shift.
