Baal Aadhaar: Is there a fee to updating Aadhaar biometric details of children?

Baal Aadhaar: Biometric data will not be obtained from children younger than five. Instead, their Unique Identification (UID) will be created using demographic details and a facial photograph linked to their parents' UID. When children reach the ages of five and eighteen, they will need to update their biometric information, including their iris scans, facial photographs, and fingerprints.
