SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The biggest day of the racing season at Saratoga is fast-approaching. Saturday marks the 155th running of the Travers Stakes. The drawing for this Grade 1, $1.25 million race for the sport's top 3-year-olds was held Sunday. Here is a breakdown of the field:

Right out of the gate, starting from post 1 is maybe the biggest name in racing, 3-year-old filly Thorpedo Anna - going off at 3-1 odds, and looking to become the first filly since 1915 to win the Travers.

Mechanicville-native trainer Chad Brown is seeking his first Travers win. He'll have two chances with Jim Dandy Stakes runner-up Sierra Leone in the 2-post at 7-2 odds, and Unmatched Wisdom at 8-1. He'll be starting right alongside Sierra Leone. This is the first graded stakes race for Unmatched Wisdom.

Corporate Power will be making his graded stakes debut out of post 4, and is going off at 15-to-1 odds.

Finishing third in the Dandy was trainer Bill Mott's Batten Down; he'll start out of post 5, followed by Honor Marie, coming off a fourth-place finish in the Belmont. Those are the two longshots at 20-to-1.

The race favorite will start out of the 7-post: Belmont winner Dornoch, trained by Danny Gargan. Dornoch boasts the best odds at 5-to-2.

Rounding out the field is Todd Pletcher's Fierceness, fresh off his victory in the Dandy just three weeks ago. Fierceness is tied with Thorpedo Anna for the second-best odds at 3-1.

One final look at the field (jockey and trainer in parentheses):

  • 1. Thorpedo Anna (Brian Hernandez, Jr., Kenneth McPeek)...3-1 odds
  • 2. Sierra Leone (Flavien Prat, Chad Brown)...7-2
