Limassol woman dies after four-car collision

An 83-year-old woman who was hospitalised in Limassol following a traffic accident last week died at the weekend, while police are awaiting the results of an autopsy on Monday to determine the cause of her death.

The deceased, named as Androula Neofytou, was injured in a traffic accident between four vehicles on Sunday, August 11.

Police are investigating the circumstances which led to the accident at the intersection of Ayia Fylaxis and Spyros Kyprianou Avenues.

Four people were injured in the collision, including the 83-year-old woman.
