Interarch a proxy to ride manufacturing capex rebound

Interarch Building Products sought ₹600 crore from its IPO, allocating ₹200 crore for expansion and working capital while offering ₹400 crore for sale by the promoter and a private equity firm. After the IPO, the promoter's holding would decline to 60%.
