World Nomad Games: Olympics of Central Asia all set for grand show

The World Nomad Games, often dubbed the Olympics of Central Asia, will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, from September 8 to 13. This event brings together over 2,000 participants from about 100 countries to celebrate and compete in 21 sports reflecting nomadic traditions. The fifth edition of the games will feature unique sports such as mas-wrestling from Yakutia, Ovari, an intellectual game from West Africa, and Mangala from Türkiye.
