Israel continues strikes on Gaza ahead of cease-fire talks

Israeli forces continued striking Gaza over the weekend ahead of expected cease-fire talks this week. Both Israel and Hamas are blaming each other for holding up any possible cease-fire. Ramy Inocencio reports.
