Dartford entertain Canvey Island at Bericote Powerhouse Princes Park this afternoon.

We spoke with Denzelle Olopade, as he shared his thoughts on the season ahead amongst other things:

“It’s great to be here, I love the support the fans give us.”
“I really hope to achieve promotion with the club.”
“I’ve loved my footballing journey so far.”
“I’m not someone who thinks I deserve to play, I believe you have to earn the right to play.”
“I can’t wait to see the fans every game day, stick with us, it’s early days.”

We also spoke with Chana Hinds, as she shared her thoughts on the season ahead amongst other things:

“It’s a real honour to be chosen as Managers’ Player of The Year.”
“We want to win the league this year, and I can’t think of a better group to do that with.”

“I’m very happy with my playing career so far.”
