Sunshine, scattered showers, cooler, dry start to week

0

Central Ohio Weather and Radar

A disturbance over the eastern Great Lakes will keep the weather unsettled, with scattered showers developing, dissipating shortly after sunset.

The lumbering storm system will keep skies mostly cloudy through early Monday, before shifting farther east across Ontario. Morning lows will dip into the mid-60s. High pressure will build in from the northwest behind the upper-level low.

A northerly flow will bring in cooler, drier air to begin the workweek. Temperatures will only reach the 70s and mornings will be pleasantly cool (50s).

There will be a significant warming trend later in the week, when winds shift back to the southwest behind the high-pressure area. High temperatures will rebound into the upper 80s by the weekend, with plenty of sunshine.
