Cloudy skies seen in Northern Luzon, thunderstorms forecast in other areas

    MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rain showers are expected in parts of extreme Northern Luzon on Sunday due to the southwest monsoon or habagat. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in a morning forecast, reported that habagat will mainly affect parts of Batanes and Babuyan Islands, while localized thunderstorms will
