How I haul my Clonefish in a Tacoma

Wanted to see what everyone's thoughts are on this setup. I've been going to and from lakes within about 15 minutes of my place in Seattle for the past year and it's done me good; I feel I am adding some wear and tear to my boat though.

I can load this in and out as a one man operation, which is my main priority. I'm trying to hunt down a trailer and a full sized dolly soon.
