Revamped Old bus terminal in Hubballi to be completely smoke-free

A makeover of Hubballi's old bus terminal, initially budgeted at Rs 42 crore and now at Rs 50 crore, aimed at making it smoke-free. The redevelopment, part of a Smart City initiative, began in 2022 and faced delays. It is now expected to complete by Jan 2025, featuring modern amenities including fire safety systems and lift facilities.
