ATCEMS responding to rollover near Lake Travis

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Austin-Travis County EMS is responding to a rollover crash that happened near Lake Travis Friday night.

ATCEMS medics said on social media it and the Pedernales Fire Department responded to the crash at 21500 Thurman Bend Road around 8:40 p.m.

Medics said the crash involved one vehicle that went "off the road," and one person was "pinned underneath."

Shortly before 10 p.m., medics said that person suffered "critical, life-threatening injuries" and was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center via Travis County STARFlight.

Drivers should expect extended traffic delays, as well as seek alternate routes. No other details were available Friday.
