Suspect in Custody After Exchange of Gunfire in Downtown Erie

According to Court Documents, District Justice Allison Scarpetti arraigned Denali S. Kirkland at 6 p.m. Aug. 16. Kirkland is being charged with 26 counts, including attempted homicide, robbery of a motor vehicle and aggravated assault.
