She explained that the beauty technique has people thinking she’s ten years younger than she is.
Redditor Ok-Class-1451 shared the anti-aging tip in a post.
She explained that, for her, beauty comes from within.
“The best thing I ever did for my skin was start taking daily collagen and vitamin supplements,” she said.
While she certainly didn’t skimp on her skincare routine, she also made sure to take care of her physical health.
“I have a whole skincare routine, but the key is drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, and taking daily supplements on an ongoing basis,” she said.

She revealed that she waited a minimum of three months before seeing progress.
