Florida man badly injured due to ‘inconspicuously placed’ display at Victoria’s Secret NYC store: suit

Steven J. Goodman, of Parkland, Fla., was visiting the Big Apple Nov. 15 when he sustained “serious” injuries because of the “negligently” placed display, which sat "above the staircase and handrail," he said in court papers.
