Philippines says actions of China air force 'illegal' and 'reckless'

MANILA - Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr strongly condemns the Chinese air force's actions at Scarborough Shoal, his communications office said on Sunday, describing them as "unjustified, illegal and reckless".
