Softball Canada Announces 2024 Hall of Fame Inductees
Editor’s Note: I had the privilege to work with Bryan Kosteroski (Builder – Saskatchewan) in 2015 when he served as the Chairperson for the WBSC Men’s World Championship in 2015, and brought our BALLPARK BROADCASTING crew in for the event. It was one of the best organized (and attended) World Championships ever. ( Canada winning gold in one of the best remembered championship games ever, aka the Steve Mullaley 3 HR game). Bryan’s organizational skills drew hundreds of volunteers, resulting in a great experience for all concerned. Congrats to Bryan and all of the Class of 2024.
Ottawa, Ont. – Softball Canada is thrilled to announce the distinguished inductees of the 2024 Hall of Fame class. The induction ceremony will be held during the Softball Canada Annual General Meeting, scheduled for November 7-9 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The inductees are Trevor Ethier (Athlete – Saskatchewan), Keith Mackintosh (Athlete – Saskatchewan), Bryan Kosteroski (Builder – Saskatchewan), Don Bates (Coach – Saskatchewan) and Gary Skjerven (Official – Saskatchewan).
