Tottenham confirm fourth signing of summer transfer window
Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed their fourth signing of the summer transfer window.
Dominic Solanke joins Tottenham from Bournemouth
The North Londoners have been on the search for a new striker to help add some much needed firepower to the frontline following Harry Kane‘s departure to Bayern Munich last summer.
It has now been confirmed that Dominic Solanke has completed his move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium having penned a contract until 2030.
The BBC previously revealed that Tottenham will pay Bournemouth an initial £55m with £10m in add-ons for the player who had a release clause of around £65m.
Liverpool will pocket 20 per cent of the transfer fee as part of the agreement which took him to the Vitality Stadium from Anfield in a £19m deal back in 2019.
The 26-year-old is coming off the back of his best campaign to date where he scored 21 goals, including 19 in the Premier League.

Tottenham will certainly have done their homework on a number of forwards who can come in and adapt to the style of play that Ange Postecoglou demands.
The Australian has not opted for someone who can just put the ball in the net with Solanke having impresssed last season with his pressing statistics and link-up play.
