Capital Roots hosts Caribbean pop-ups to celebrate incubator kitchen success
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Capital Roots' incubator kitchen is celebrating its first year of success. Capital Roots has nearly 40 companies registered to the kitchen to create food across the Capital Region.
They're celebrating the anniversary with Simply Caribbean Foods pop-ups every Friday during the month of August. Simply Caribbean is a local company that is dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of the Caribbean to the Capital Region.
The kitchen was created to provide a space for entrepreneurs in the food industry to begin their journey.
The pop-up events start at 11 a.m. every Friday, beginning August 9.
