The US Supreme Court rejected Texas inmate Arthur Lee Burton’s request for a stay based on his intellectual disability. The Utah Board of Pardons and Parole rejected Taberon Dave Honie’s petition for commutation of his death sentence on the basis of intergenerational trauma in his childhood.
