Alas Pilipinas drops SEA VLeague Leg 2 opener to Thailand

MANILA, Philippines—Alas Pilipinas failed to open its SEA VLeague Thailand leg on a winning note as the home bets subdued the Philippines, 25-18, 25-23, 25-16, at Nakhon, Ratchasima in Thailand on Friday night. The Filipino spikers, who are coming off a bronze finish in the Vietnam leg with a 1-2 record,  also lost to Thailand
