Tickets

I’ve received my tickets through the post and just opened them up today, the problem is instead of two tickets that I bought, there’s only one.I’ve also ended up with two extra tickets who belong to someone else. I’ve emailed the ticket office and been told to phone them, only open Monday to Friday. I spent over two hours trying to get through on the phone this afternoon with no luck. I’m gonna have to go to the ticket office tomorrow and get it sorted, could of done without the hassle.
