Arrests made after robbery offences committed across Sandwell

The offences took place over the course of a couple of days in Tipton and West Bromwich and started on Tuesday with a scooter being stolen from Dewberry Drive in Walsall and an attempt to steal an electric bike on Bromford Lane in West Bromwich.
