Commuter friendly affordable housing lottery opens near tunnel and transit
HELL’S KITCHEN (PIX11) -- A new affordable housing lottery has opened up for a building offering multiple indoor and outdoor amenities right next to the Lincoln Tunnel.
The 46-story building sits at 550 10th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen and has more than 100 apartments available. Residents will have access to multiple commuter options including two subway stations at 42 Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal and Times Square–42 Street.
Some of the building’s amenities include a rooftop sky lounge, fitness club and co-working spaces, however, extra fees apply for these perks. Pet owners with multiple furry friends are also welcome.
Lottery applications for 550 10th Avenue will remain open through Oct. 9, with preference given to residents of Manhattan Community Board four. Eligible income ranges from $59,280 to $209,625.
