U.S. sprinter Noah Lyles reveals COVID diagnosis after winning bronze medal

American Noah Lyles, the 100-meter champion, finished third in the 200-meter race at the Paris Olympic Games. He then revealed he tested positive for COVID two days earlier, but decided to still compete.
