Female NYPD officer left bloodied after she’s punched in the face by repeat offender, leading to wild caught-on-camera arrest

The alleged attacker, 41, slugged the female officer in the face when she attempted to intervene during an argument between the man and a group of kids, authorities and law enforcement sources said.
