Debby weakens to Tropical Depression after deadly downpour

The remnants of Tropical Storm Debby swept into the Northeast after pounding the South with days of rain, flooding and tornadoes. The system has now weakened to a tropical depression as it makes its move up the East Coast. NBC’s George Solis reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the latest forecast.
