Trolls say we’re ‘damaging our children’ by dating 60 people during our marriage but we like to have our cake & eat it
A MARRIED couple have revealed that trolls say they are “damaging” their children by dating over 60 other people during their relationship.
Adam and Eve have been together for 10 years, and since 2020 have dated around 60 people.
They have only introduced a few of their partners to their five children, and have not told them that they are polyamorous.
The couple are both dating coaches, and Adam has been voted the best dating coach in the world, three years in a row.
They run a dating coaching company together, and have helped over 350,000 people to find their ideal partner.
Adam and Eve said that the skills they have learnt in their jobs have helped them in their personal lives, as they are better able to communicate with themselves and their partners.
When the duo first met, Adam was in a relationship with another woman, who spotted Eve and said that she had to date her.
They became a throuple, living together for six years and having children together, until the other woman became just a friend.
Adam and Eve say their parenting style is “standard” and have decided to home-school their children, as they believe that school is “too rigid.”
Speaking to Truly, Adam said: “We spend every day with our kids but they have chores they have to complete in the morning, they’re all very advanced.”
Their oldest child, Oliver, 14 said that his parents didn’t have to explain their relationship status to him.
“I just realised that my dad dated multiple people and that was normal to me”, he said.
Currently, Adam and Eve are in a throuple with a woman called Bella.
“I hadn’t really been in a relationship with three people before and it’s been a learning process”, Bella said.
Adam and Eve said that most of their friends and family have been accepting of their relationship, adding that they have had to cut people out of their lives who aren’t accepting.
The couple have faced a lot of trolling from strangers, who say that Eve must have no self esteem or no values.
What is polyamory?
Polyamory is the practice of having romantic relationships with more than one person at the same time, with the knowledge and consent of all parties.
It can refer to relationships where one person has multiple partners or spouses, or where all parties are in a relationship with each other, for example in a throuple.
According to You Gov, 6.8% of people in the UK have been in a polyamorous relationship.
Other people say that their dating life is “damaging” their children.
“I don’t believe our dating life impacts our children in any major way other than to help them be more tolerant and open to other ideals. “
Eve added that people think that the couple are promiscuous in front of their children, but assured that they keep their dating life completely separate from their kid’s lives.
“The best thing about being in a poly relationship is that you’re making your own rules”, Eve said.
“It’s like you’re having your cake and eating it.”
