Odisha to procure potatoes from Uttar Pradesh through NAFED

Odisha decided to procure potatoes from Uttar Pradesh via NAFED to combat a severe tuber shortage. The state will supply potatoes at Rs 30 per kg after West Bengal halted transportation. An order for 300 metric tons has been made, to be distributed in major cities by next weekend.
