SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Ed Fazzone has been a fan of horseracing since he was in a stroller. Now, the local restaurant owner is making a name for himself in the industry, one lobster roll at a time.

Fazzone bought his first horse in 1991. By 2016, he formed a partnership with his restaurant, Eddie F’s, and developed Eddie F’s Racing.
