Indictment unsealed in Albany shots fired incident
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The indictment of Paul Smith, 22, of Albany, was unsealed on Thursday. Smith pleaded not guilty to the following charges:
Charges
- Second-degree attempted murder
- Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- First-degree reckless endangerment
The indictment alleges that Smith, along with his co-defendant Daquan Arrington, had an illegal gun and attempted to cause the death of a victim on June 3. He was placed in Albany County Jail following his arraignment on Thursday.
