Deputies searching for owner of two loose pigs in Root
ROOT, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office announced they are looking for the owner of two pigs that have been found roaming freely near Conway and Carlisle Roads in Root since August 4. One of the pigs has been secured, according to Montgomery County Sheriff Jeffery Smith.
To ensure the animals are returned to their rightful owner, the Sheriff's Office says that if an accurate description can be provided for the pigs, deputies will help facilitate the return of the animals.
