iPhone 16 will include ‘five color options’
Ahead of the anticipated launch of the Apple iPhone 16 series next month, a YouTube channel has posted a video detailing five units, each representing a different color option.
Zollotech presented the dummy models with the respective blue, green, white, black, and pink options which is nothing groundbreaking, but a closer look indicates a distinguishing feature for the new range.
The hues are stronger, with the blue and green standing out, in particular. Those two colorways will carry a certain appeal to users, as well as pink, while black and white provide a classic, consistent look.
From the iPhone 15 options, yellow has been omitted from the successor line-up with the introduction of white but more details will be revealed when the iPhone 16 line-up is platformed next month.
As stated by Apple Insider, the previous form of the Cupertino-based tech giant indicates an official reveal in the first half of September, a matter of weeks from now.
iPhone 16 Pro range colors to take a different approach
The overt, bold colors of the iPhone 16 appear to mark a departure from the subtle, blended models of the iPhone 15, but this theme will not be repeated for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. They are set to retain a more refined, understated appearance, carrying on from the design of the iPhone 15 Pro.
Four options have been mooted for the upcoming Pro range, in black, white, grey, and pink.
The last of those color options may come as a surprise given the above descriptions of subtlety, but sources such as noted analyst Ming-Chi Kuo have indicated a brighter color will be included in the Apple range. Previous editions have emerged in bright pink or rose gold, while other rumors have suggested a yellow or bronze offering to contrast the more neutral colorways.
All of this and more will be revealed by Apple in the coming weeks when the official showcase arrives.
