Inside Katie Price’s LONG list of legal battles – including drink drive smash, bankruptcy & eviction from Mucky Mansion
KATIE Price has had her fair share of brushes with the law from a drink drive smash to bankruptcy and eviction from her Mucky Mansion.
The ex-glamour model, 46, was most recently ordered by the courts to stump up a whopping £25,000.

But it’s not the first time Katie has faced a legal battle. Here we detail four of those:
BMW smash
Katie avoided jail for flipping her BMW in a smash in Horsham while under the influence of drink and drugs in December 2021.
The reality star was driving to see a pal because she was “lonely“.
Katie was already banned from driving when she got behind the wheel after taking cocaine and downing vodka and lemonades.
She was warned by JPs she could be facing jail when she pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving at Crawley Magistrates’ Court.
The former glamour model also admitted one count of driving without insurance and one count of driving while disqualified at the hearing.
But she was instead handed a 16-week prison sentence suspended for a year, 100 hours community service and ordered to attend 20 rehab sessions.
Her driving ban was extended for two years and she was ordered to pay £213 in costs.
Declared bankrupt
The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 in court over unpaid debts of £3.2million.
The High Court found Price had failed to stick to a plan to repay her debts.
Land Registry documents seen by the Sunday People confirmed that her Sussex home, purchased for £1.3million in 2014, was made the subject of a bankruptcy charge.
The 12-acre site includes a swimming pool, tennis court, and horse stables.
Price took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015 but faced monthly payments of £12,300.

Unpaid tax bill
Katie was declared bankrupt by a bankruptcy court for a second time in March this year over an unpaid tax bill.
The hearing, held at the Rolls Building in London, heard she owes HMRC a total of £761,194.05.
Court Judge Sebastian Prentis said Katie had not responded to HMRC over the debt and declared her bankrupt.
He said: “There has been no response from the debtor. The papers are in order.
“There is substantial debt due from Ms Price to HMRC and therefore I will make a bankruptcy order.”
According to court papers, £535,700 in unpaid national insurance or self-assessment tax make up the majority of the debt, as well as £40,000 in late payment fines.
In addition, she owes over £140,000 in missing VAT payments on top of almost £10,000 in VAT surcharges.
The £761,994 claim is thought to be for a “liquidated sum”, which suggests she may need to sell assets or real estate to release equity.
Eviction notice
Katie was served an eviction notice in May this year by the courts relating to her Mucky Mansion home following her second bankruptcy.
The £1.4million Horsham mansion has proven to be a major issue for the star in the years since she bought it with the model struggling with the upkeep.
Problems with the house have been going on for years, with her pool going mouldy and the tennis courts getting overgrown.
At one point it became central to one of Katie’s reality shows as she desperately tried to renovate it once and for all.
She also claimed her five kids would wake up screaming after seeing ghosts walk around the property.
