Oakland police ID woman killed on International Boulevard

OAKLAND — Police here have identified a woman who was shot and killed in the early morning hours of July 25.

Juliette Harris, 24, died from multiple gunshot wounds on the 2000 block of International Boulevard in East Oakland. She died on the roadway before paramedics could take her to a hospital.

The shooting remains under investigation and police haven’t said whether they’ve pinpointed a motive. No arrests have been announced.
