Delhi HC slams SpiceJet over upaid dues to engine lessors, asks directors to take responsibility

SpiceJet is under scrutiny by the Delhi High Court for failing to pay Rs 20 crore to its engine lessors, Team France 01 SAS and Sunbird France 02 SAS. The court sought personal guarantees from the airline’s directors. SpiceJet requested more time to pay, although the lessors insisted on retrieving their engines.
